| Brugh is back, and we are pleased to have him. June seems like a long time away, but it really isn’t. We are already preparing for a great workshop weekend. Please let us know if you are planning to attend. No money has to change hands yet, we just need to get an idea of numbers. Your $250.00 deposit will be due by April 15th, 2008 (you may send post dated cheques if you like). The final payment of $275.00 will be due on May 31, 2008. There are several bed and breakfasts nearby, including: South Garden 1-604-796-3048, Willow Wind 1-604-796-0088, Blackberry Lane 1-604-796-9875. As well, there are several hotels and motels in Harrison Hot Springs, which is just 10 minutes from the farm. June is a gorgeous month in the Fraser Valley. Not too hot or cold. We will again be holding the workshop on the farm. Miellie Meadows is located in Agassiz, just 1 1/2 hours east of Vancouver. For those coming by air, if we know in advance when you are coming, we can arrange a ride to and from Vancouver or Abbotsford. There is also an airport in Chilliwack. The workshop will start on Thursday evening and end at noon on Sunday. Breakfast, dinner and coffee breaks are included in the price. Lunch will be on your own. In the interests of helping save our environment, we are going as green as possible… so no paper registrations. Please email megan@snowflakecanada.com. This will be Brugh’s only workshop in the Northwest. We’d like to make sure we stay on his travel route. The only way we can insure this is if we have enough support. Space is limited to 35 people and will be on a first paid first reserved basis, so book early.
